Configurable templates allow for custom forms for each research team to have their own structure to upload transcripts and media albeit with a unifying tag architecture

Configured tag systems allow team members across geographies to collaborate on uploaded transcripts to complete annotation and highlight key quotes
Data Review System
Ensure data quality through a system for reviewing content by submitting for review, reviewer comments and review dashboards
Role Based Access
Allows the Catapult team to control access such that the data is secure from non-project users, and also to separate access between research teams as required
Analysis Views & Collection Pages
Have been used to help guide a user through various levels of synthesized data, and to be able to explore all the annotations with a range of cross cutting filters

Supports users to query the dataset ensuring precise answers without hallucinations or external data interference, while keeping the data secure

Research Across Geographies
Research is managed across the three countries and teams supporting standardisation of the data through structuring even where the qualitative research is open ended and country specific
Export to Miro
As teams across countries and regions collaborate on analysis of the data on Miro, annotated data is exported directly into Miro to fit seamlessly into the existing research process and tools
Data Security
The platform runs on a custom domain, where only users who have been granted access can read the data. While a smaller set (research teams), has specific access to add, edit, and review data
Analysis Across Countries
A unified tag architecture with customisations as required per country allow for users to analyse the data either country by country, or across all geographies
Customised role based flow for clients to be able to access the analysed and raw data in a particular flow to enhance understanding of the outcomes of the research, even as new data and analysis is added in realtime
